All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

My stay was far from ideal. The check-in process was unnecessarily long, and the elevator and hallways reeked of smoke. My room had strong chemical odors that were hard to bear, and cleanliness left much to be desired. I left feeling disappointed with my experience.

I loved staying here! The room was cozy and had a full kitchen, which made it super easy to whip up some late-night snacks, and I enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a long day. The only hiccup was that we had to wait a bit for our room to be ready, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

The hotel had cozy decor that felt like a warm hug, and I appreciated the accessibility features that made moving around so easy. Everything was designed with comfort in mind, perfect for guests of all ages.

However, arriving to find a huge cockroach lurking on the floor was a major bummer. To top it off, the front desk didn't honor my early check-in request and tried to charge me unnecessarily. Talk about a mix-up!
